Child Safety Standards

Protecting Children from Exploitation

Kaba has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child exploitation. We are committed to protecting children and complying with all applicable laws.

Our Commitment

Kaba is a dating platform exclusively for adults aged 18 and over who are seeking marriage and meaningful relationships. We take child safety extremely seriously and have implemented comprehensive measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any potential child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

We comply with all applicable laws regarding the protection of children, including reporting requirements to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperation with law enforcement agencies worldwide.

Prevention Measures

Age Verification

All users must be 18 or older to use Kaba. We verify age during registration and use AI-powered age estimation to detect potentially underage users.

Content Moderation

We use automated systems and human moderators to scan all uploaded content for CSAM. Any detected material is immediately removed and reported.

User Reporting

Users can easily report suspicious profiles, inappropriate content, or concerning behavior through our in-app reporting system.

Proactive Detection

We employ PhotoDNA and similar hash-matching technology to detect known CSAM and prevent its upload to our platform.

Response Protocol

When potential CSAM or child exploitation is detected or reported, we take immediate action:

  1. Immediate Removal: Content is removed from our platform within minutes of detection.
  2. Account Suspension: The associated account is immediately and permanently suspended.
  3. Evidence Preservation: We preserve all relevant data for law enforcement.
  4. NCMEC Report: We file a CyberTipline report with NCMEC within 24 hours.
  5. Law Enforcement Cooperation: We fully cooperate with any law enforcement investigation.

Strictly Prohibited

The following is strictly prohibited on Kaba and will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to law enforcement:

  • Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM)
  • Grooming or attempting to contact minors
  • Soliciting, distributing, or possessing CSAM
  • Any content sexualizing minors in any form
  • Creating accounts for or by individuals under 18
