5. Prohibited Conduct

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
  • Refunds are handled per platform (App Store/Play Store) policies
  • Prices may change with notice

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Kaba a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

8. Disclaimer

Kaba is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee you will find a match. We are not responsible for the conduct of users offline or the outcome of any relationships formed through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
